As much as we believe in using email to keep people informed, we also believe that everyone has a right to deny receiving unwanted mail.  As a result of that, the following are rules you must follow if you are going to use the Send The News® system.

1.  SPAMMING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  You may not under any circumstance send spam (unsolicited email) through the Send The News system.   Violation of this rule may result in legal action against the violator for damages including but not limited to loss of or interruption in internet service.  Please take every action to be sure that your recipients op in to your mail list.

2.  Everyone needs to have a way to be removed from a mail list.  In our instructions, we provide information on how your recipients can be removed from your mailing list from your web site.  Additionally, anyone visiting the Send The News web site can unsubscribe for any or all mailing list that they may be a member of.

3.  Any mail sent through Send The News must have a valid return address.

4.  Send The News reserves the right to append to all outgoing mails instructions and or options for being removed from your mail list.

5.  Send The News reserves the right to append to the bottom of all outgoing emails, references to the Send The News web site or references to any affiliates of Send The News.
